Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Local Delivery — Tri-Cities Area We offer local delivery to customers in the Tri-Cities area. If you're nearby, select the local delivery option at checkout for faster, more personal service.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
